Unless specified otherwise, donations are used to support our general operations and programs at the discretion of our leadership and Board of Trustees. We honor donor intent for designated gifts.

Volunteers are not employees of AGEBETTER INITIATIVE. No employment relationship, compensation, or benefits are created through volunteer service.

6.2 Volunteer Requirements

All volunteers must:

  • Attend mandatory safeguarding training
  • Sign and adhere to our Volunteer Code of Conduct
  • Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary and organizational information
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and guidance from staff

6.3 Volunteer Termination

We reserve the right to terminate volunteer relationships at any time, with or without cause. Volunteers may also discontinue service with appropriate notice.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Submissions

By submitting content to us (testimonials, feedback, photos, etc.), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for organizational purposes, including fundraising and communications.

7.2 Representations

You represent that:
