Volunteers are not employees of AGEBETTER INITIATIVE. No employment relationship, compensation, or benefits are created through volunteer service.
6.2 Volunteer Requirements
All volunteers must:

- Attend mandatory safeguarding training
- Sign and adhere to our Volunteer Code of Conduct
- Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary and organizational information
- Follow all policies, procedures, and guidance from staff
6.3 Volunteer Termination
We reserve the right to terminate volunteer relationships at any time, with or without cause. Volunteers may also discontinue service with appropriate notice.
7. User-Generated Content
7.1 Submissions
By submitting content to us (testimonials, feedback, photos, etc.), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for organizational purposes, including fundraising and communications.
7.2 Representations
You represent that:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you donated to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ?10,000, whichever is less.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AGEBETTER INITIATIVE regarding your use of the Website and services.
